• Control injection adjustment and mold setup according to the company production plan.
• Establish guidelines for the correct use of raw materials in both quantity and production formula.
• Control production standards to meet requirements.
• Ensure production meets standards.
• Manage department expenses.
• Ensure safety in operations.
• Manage various quality systems.
• Manage employee.
• Plan and prepare the annual budget.
